Fairly clean hotel, facilities are new, and the location is great super close to lagoon. The staff are very very helpful and attentive and the room is modern with GOOD matress. They serve good food, have a wide range of options to choose from.

Great and unbeatable location in a really quiet area of Bacalar was a plus. Overall it was brand-new and fashionable with good matress. The service was terrific, that made the hotel modern place.

The real deal or a total steal?
The room was super spacious, very clean , and had a nice hot shower. Staff was super friendly and went the extra mile for us. Bike rental on site made exploring painless and safe.
The location is a bit far from dining options and the bus station, requiring a long walk. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times and could be improved.

had double room with a private hot tub and a large balcony plus separate toilette. absolutely perfect location in the very quite area, not far from the main center as well as the restaurant.
